Siby Thomas has been a CEO at St. Cloud Pharmacy and Wellness Center since 2010. He received his Pharmacy diploma (1999) as well as his Bachelors in Industrial Pharmacy at Mangalore University in 1993. He has served quite a few positions since then. These include: Manufacturing Chemist at Kopran Limited, Sakinaka, Mumbai (1995-Chengannur, Kerala (1998-2001); Pharmacist in Charge and Product Specialist at Capital Pharmacy/Cipla Pharma, Sultanate of Oman 1996), Production Manager at Capstab Pharma, Thrikkakaara, Cochin (1996-1998), Managing Director of Broocadus Pharmaceuticals Ltd., (2001-2004); R&D Chemist at BioPharm, Pennsylvania (2004-2006); and Registered Pharmacist at Walmart Pharmacy, Kissimmee, Florida (2008-2010). Since 2010, he has been the President/CEO of St. Cloud Compounding Pharmacy and Wellness Center Inc., Florida. He had worked as the Clinical Research Pharmacist at Oncova Clinical Research, St. Cloud, Florida (2014-2016). Siby founded and became the CEO of Advanced Regenerative Therapeutics (ART), a team of doctors, biochemists, and clinical pharmacists interested in product development and formulation for regenerative medicine practitioners, based in St. Cloud, Florida since 2017. Advanced Regenerative Therapeutics holds a patent on a customized microbiome protocol.
He has amassed current information through numerous certifications, including Pharmaceutical Compounding Certification from PCCA (2013), American Association of Diabetic Educators (2015), Take Charge Lifestyle Modification and Weight Management Certification, and APHA Pharmacist Immunization Program Certification. Some of his more notable strengths include motivating himself and others, being an effective leader, a compassionate member of his community, as well as a dedicated, consistent, and enthusiastic team player. His knowledge and expertise in not only compounding, but also the specific habits and lifestyles that his community needs to regain or remain healthy, help him further serve his patients. Currently, Siby is working on a nutritional customization and microbiome balancing program to modulate immunity in a controlled manner. As a full-time father of three, Siby enjoys spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Florida.
